Meet our new Team Member

Welcome to the iCentre Team Ms Dall

We are very excited to welcome Ms Kristy Dall to the iCentre team.  Ms Dall is not an entirely new face at Mount Alvernia College as she has taught at our school before. As well as working in the iCentre, Ms Dall will be teaching Geography and Religion.

I chose to undertake qualifications in the teaching and library fields because I am passionate about reading, literacy, and research. I love helping students to find things to read and engage with, as well as guiding them with their research and studies.

The one children’s or YA book I would to take to a desert island is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban because I love Harry Potter and it’s the best one in the series! I’ve read it several times and every read is better than the last.

School libraries are awesome because ………

School libraries are awesome because they are safe spaces for everyone to enjoy. You can go to the school library to find yourself, relax, enjoy reading, have club meetings, research, work on your academics, and so much more!
