On Monday night, the 2020 Year 7 Mt Alvernians joined us in the iCentre for a Campfire and Author Event.

The students attending this event had the opportunity to listen to award-winning author and illustrator Peter Carnavas discuss reading, writing, illustrating, and the power of creativity.

How lucky are we to have had such a wonderful author who made the night such a success! Peter Carnarvas drew us our very own puppy and every student who lined up and waited also had a tiny painting to take home.
