Meet Our New Team Member

It is a great pleasure to introduce Roula Abed who has recently joined the iCentre team as a Library Assistant.

Roula is a mum of two and comes to us from Syria. She arrived in Australia in 2017 after spending 12 years in Saudi Arabia and 6 months in Iraq. She has a background in cake decorating and has had a small business called Fine Sugar.  She continues to make delectable and beautifully iced cakes for friends here, and brings amazing creations for us to enjoy in the iCentre.

Roula is presently studying a Certificate 3 in Home and Community at Kirana College Chermside and is a beneficiary of the Welcome and Work Program.
