Geek Girl Club

Are you a Geek Girl?

If you are a Geek Girl, you can join a new club that has been started in the iCentre and will run during terms 2 & 3. Originally based on Nerd Nite – https://nerdnite.com, this club is an opportunity for girls to explore different avenues they wouldn’t normally think of and to spend time with industry professionals, getting a sense of what they do, hearing about their experiences and being inspired.

Geek Girl Club

Geek Girl Club is launched in the iCentre. Teachers include Ms Gagen (TL), Ms Clark (IT) and Ms Maya (IT, Fashion)

Geek Girl is a project based club where geek girls are given the opportunity to sign up for a short stint at something new, hear from industry professionals and then work on their own project.

Potential projects include:
