This service is a wonderful opportunity for students to work on their homework or assessment tasks in a supervised and collaborative environment.
Students are required to sign an attendance record when they commence their study and on completion. They are encouraged to use their time effectively and access available staff to assist them with time management skills and developing successful study habits.
The following procedures are in place:
Students collect a permission slip from the SEAC (Student Enrichment and Advancement Centre) office, or download from following link:
Each year the above form must be completed and returned to the SEAC and the girl’s name is added to the Clare and Francis Study roll.
If a student is unable to attend one of her nominated days, we ask that the school is notified. Any permanent changes to nominated days will require another form to be completed.
Any session that a student attends requires her to sign in when commencing and sign out when leaving.
Francis and Clare Study is available to all students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 on Tuesday to Thursday afternoons 3.15 – 4.30pm.
If a Yr 10 student wishes to stay for Senior Study, a permission letter from their parents is required.
Senior Study is available to all students in Years 11 & 12 on Monday to Thursday afternoons 3.15 – 5.30pm.
